Exciting news! NCMGMA is bringing a unique opportunity to the NC healthcare community in October 2023. We are creating a customized travel experience for attendees, offering two fantastic European cities: Geneva and Milan. This is a chance to site see, network, hear different perspectives in the healthcare world, and learn from international leaders. Trip Goals:

This trip offers an opportunity for like-minded attendees to both learn and network together, two valuable pillars of our organization's mission. It's also a chance to explore Europe, to experience the beautiful cities of Geneva, Switzerland, and Milan, Italy, and to observe the delivery of healthcare from a European and world point of view.

Schedule of Events:

• Day 1 - Morning arrivals from the USA to Geneva, Switzerland. This afternoon we will enjoy a city tour and welcome dinner. The remainder of the evening is at your leisure. (D)
• Day 2 - This morning we will visit the Center for Disease Control (CDC). The afternoon and evening are yours at leisure to explore Geneva and utilize your Geneva City Pass. (B)
• Day 3 - We'll visit the World Health Organization (WHO) and International Committee of the Red Cross. This evening will be at your leisure. (B)
• Day 4 - Check out of hotel and transfer to the rail station for our high-speed train to Milan. Upon arrival in Milan we will transfer to our hotel. This evening we'll enjoy a group welcome dinner in Milan. (B,D)
• Day 5 - This morning we'll enjoy a city tour and explore all Milan has to offer. Lunch is included. Your afternoon and evening are at leisure. (B, L)
• Day 6 - This morning we will meet with local public health offices (TBA). Enjoy your afternoon at leisure. This evening we'll meet for a Farewell Aperitivo Hour, one of Milan's most famous customs. Following light bites and farewell toast, the evening will be yours at leisure. (B)
• Day 7 - Return home to the US today. Departure transfers will run between the hotel and Milan Malpensa this morning. (B)

Meals included each day: B-Breakfast, L-Lunch, D-Dinner

Pricing Schedule:

• Single Adult in Room cost is $4,525 per adult
• Two Adults in Room cost is $3,100 per adult
• Initial deposit of $500 is due to confirm your spot.

Pricing includes food as noted, airport and hotel transfers, train to Milan, and hotel accommodations for each night. Pricing does not include flights.

Upon submitting your form you will receive an invoice approval email and payment link to complete the booking process and submit your $500.00 deposit. Please put NCMGMA102023 as your confirmation. You will also be required to select or decline the travel insurance. If you select YES to the travel insurance*, please add $150.00 per person insurance cost to your initial deposit amount for a per person deposit of $650. *Insurance is nonrefundable, nontransferable and has to be added at the time of deposit.
