Position Title: Executive Director
Organization: LeBauer Medical Center, PLLC
Location: Greensboro, NC

An industry leading independent single-specialty physician group practice with operations in Guilford and Alamance counties of North Carolina. Well established and respected brand known for quality and exceptional patient care. Dynamic practice with opportunities for continued growth.

Position Summary:

A full-time, regular, exempt, senior staff position with broad responsibility for overall management and development of the organization, inclusive of all administrative and business affairs of the practice including but not limited to the areas listed below. Functions as the chief administrative officer of the practice and includes direct supervisory responsibilities for two to four other managers and senior supervisory staff. The position has authority and responsibility regarding personnel hiring, promoting, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions for all non-physician personnel in the practice. This is fundamentally a hands-on leadership opportunity.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience.

Professional Experience, Qualifications and Traits:

  • 5 years minimum of management experience working in healthcare, with strong expertise in medical group operations. Demonstrated success in setting and exceeding financial and strategic goals.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in all aspects of physician practice management, including, but not limited to operations, finance, accounting, billing, contracting, and facilities.
  • Experience successfully building and leading a team. Applies a collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams to meet goals and improve organizational performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work collaboratively.
  • Proven track record of maintaining standards of performance, quality, and integrity.
  • Extraordinary professional discretion in the handling of confidential data.
  • Ability to generate and encourage creative ideas, innovative thinking, and imaginative solutions to issues or problems.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapts easily to rapidly changing business conditions.
  • A high-impact, low-ego executive who thrives in a team setting, motivated by the advancement of the organization.
  • Unwavering ethics and integrity.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, or related degree) is strongly preferred.
