Position Title: Surgical Office Business Specialist
Practice: Cooper Scurry Facial Plastic Surgery Center, PLLC
Location: 855 Bethesda Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103

Job Description:

We are a 6 month-old facial plastic surgery practice of 1 physician and 1 aesthetician. Along with our many cash-paying cosmetic patients we are credentialed and contracted with 5 payors: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Medcost, and Medicare. We are seeking an experienced medical coding, billing, and revenue cycle manager to oversee the details of our current and growing practice.

We are looking for someone interested in helping us grow and aspiring to grow with our young practice.

Duties and Requirements:

• Experienced with our EMR/PM system: "ModMed or EMA".
• Possesses significant accounting skills (QuickBooks).
• Creates and analyzes thorough financial reports.
• Must be a kind, patient, customer-service oriented person who is willing to multi-task and help in all ways.
• A great communicator in all means, and with all staff, patients and families.

Salary/Benefits:

This could be a part-time or full-time position. Pay and benefits will be based on years of experience and the position agreed upon (part-time versus full-time).
